Long before the companies, there were chapters that built the founder.
Modeling took her around the world early. It trained her eye for aesthetic, the same eye she designs with today, and taught her the machinery of a shoot: the crews, the call sheets, the logistics of making something look effortless.
It also made her a business of one. She booked herself, negotiated her own rates, and learned to hear no without taking it personally. Then came the audition that changed her trajectory, the World Poker Tour.
For four seasons she traveled with the World Poker Tour as a Royal Flush Girl, learning to host, to work on camera, and to hold a room full of strangers.
Poker was the lens. It is where she discovered she reads numbers, data, and patterns by instinct, and that a table tells you everything if you know how to watch it. The road became the education, and the colleagues became friends she still builds with today.
A tech company noticed how she read numbers and patterns. Within a year she was lead director of influencer campaign management at Speakr, running campaigns for Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, Nike, Pepsi, LVMH, Condé Nast, Warner Brothers, Live Nation, and iHeartRadio.
The talent ranged from overnight sensations to the Kardashians, Demi Lovato, and Ariana Grande. Speakr was working with influencers back when MySpace was still the platform, writing the playbook the industry would follow.
It taught her how to run a business: budgeting, marketing, startup culture, and a far deeper fluency in data and technology.
Speakr led to an executive offer from a private equity group. She became a partner at the firm, based out of Africa, working on development projects across the continent.
She vets the companies the group invests in and plans the logistics of private property and infrastructure development for their private portfolio.
It is where she found her love for business as well as property development, and what made her want to start building for herself as well.
Everything she builds now, from Remarkable Places to TRIBAYA to the BeRemarkable Foundation, grew out of these chapters.
Together, these chapters equipped her with everything she needs to build: an invaluable network of poker players, social influencers, and content creators, a deep knowledge of marketing, an impeccable eye for design, and the know-how to run property development.
Every project so far has been self-funded. She is now looking for aligned investors and partners to help her scale.
